CM730 Niles 7" InCeiling Speakers

• Woofer: The CM730Si utilizes a polypropylene dual voice coil woofer which provides a summed stereo signal. A treated urethane surround increases the sensitivity and preserves durability.
• Tweeters: The speaker features dual 19mm (3/4"), fluid-cooled Ultra-Silk tweeters for clear detailed highs. The tweeters are mounted on a "bridge" over the woofer that directs the left and right channels at opposing angles for wide dispersion. The entire bridge pivots for placement flexibility.
• Grille: The speaker includes a white MicroPerf aluminum grille that mounts flush for a clean look. The grille has hundreds of precisely sized perforations, creating an acoustically transparent grille. The aluminum construction resists oxidation enabling years of trouble-free operation in the harshest of conditions. The grille and frame can be painted to match any decor.
• Weather Resistant: The CM730Si's weather resistant construction allows you to install them in damp environments such as bathrooms and indoor pool areas, as well as outdoors under eaves.
• Placement: The CM730Si can be used effectively in hallways, small work areas, or in rooms where two speakers are not necessary or practical.
• Coverage Area: When mounted at a height of eight feet and pointed straight down, the sound from the CM730Si will cover a circular listening area with a diameter of approximately 16 feet. The best stereo image is achieved with the speaker in the center of the listening area.
