A: All of our items are brand new, factory sealed and come
with the manufacturers USA warranty.

A: If you are looking for a product we do not have listed

PAYMENT QUESTIONS
Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: For the convenience of our customers we accept the following
methods of payment:
- CREDIT CARDS: Most major credit cards are accepted online.
(i.e. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) There is
no surcharge for credit card purchases via Buy Rite Electronics.
Your account will only be billed upon shipment of your order.
To avoid fraud, our verification department requires you to provide
us with the exact address as it appears on your credit card statement.
Incorrect information may cause a delay and/or denial of processing
your order. Please note, if an item is requested to be sent to
an alternate address, additional time to verify the request will
be required.
- PAYPAL: PayPal is a third party credit card processor
that allows registered users to send payment, without incurring
a fee. Customers must have a confirmed address with PayPal, in
order for payment to accepted. For more information about PayPal,

- MONEY ORDERS/ BANK ORDERS: Please include your order

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: At this time, only shipments made to addresses within
the state of NY must pay an additional 8.625% sales tax to the subtotal.
If you have resale or tax exempt status, please make your order
by Phone, Fax or E-Mail, since we do not have this option available
on our web site as of this time. We do not collect tax for
orders shipped out of New York State.
Q: How do I pay with paypal?
A: During the order process, the website will prompt you
for your preferred method of payment. Select PayPal and you will
be directed to PayPal's website where you will be able to complete
your order.
Q: Why do I have to notify my credit card company if I want
my order shipped to a different address?
A: This policy is for the safety and security of you, the
cardholder, our customer. It is done to protect you from fraudulent
use of your credit card account. It is in your best interest to
call your Card Company and notify them of your other delivery address
so that your order can be authorized and shipped to you as quickly
as possible. If you do not call your Credit Card Company to notify
them that you are using a different shipping address for an order,

SHIPPING QUESTIONS
Q: How much does it cost to ship?
A: To calculate shipping charges to your location: Add item
to cart and a shipping calculator will pop up in the left hand corner.
Simply enter your state and zip code and the calculator will bring
up the shipping costs. These quotes include: handling, insurance
and all surcharges.
Q: What shipping company does Buy Rite Electronics use?
A: Our main carrier is UPS. Please note, UPS does not deliver
to PO boxes, therefore all orders with PO boxes will be shipped
via the United States Postal Service.
Q: How do I contact UPS?
A: Call 1-800-PICK UPS or go to their website at UPS.com
Q: Can I track my package?
A: As soon UPS assigns you a tracking number, they will forward
it to you in a e-mail titled "QuantumViewNotify@ups.com".
The tracking number will enable you see the estimated delivery time.

Q: Will my item be shipped insured?
A: All items are shipped fully insured.
Q: Can I pick up my order at Buy Rite Electronics?
A: We are sorry but at this time Buy Rite Electronics does
not offer a pick up location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, we do not. At this time we only ship to the USA &
Canada.
Q: Can you ship an order to my work place or to alternate
address?
A: If you pay by Money Order or Cashier's Check we will ship
to any location. If paying by credit card, you should have your
work address listed as an alternate shipping address with your issuing
bank. This is done for security reasons to prevent any fraudulent
charges on your card. Orders that are paid via PayPal will only
be shipped to the confirmed address that is listed with PayPal.

Q: Does Buy Rite Electronics ship to APO/FPO?
A: Buy Rite Electronics proudly ships to our Armed Forces
APO/FPO customers. However, some products are simply to large or
too heavy to be shipped with the Post Office. Please contact us
for approval. Additional shipping charges may apply. BuyRiteElectronics.com
cannot control APO/FPO delivery times.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
Q: Do I have to pay customs duty and how much?
A: To inquire about the duties on this item to Canada you can call
Canadian Customs at 1-506-636-5064. Please be aware, that brokerage,
duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Q: Can I pay by credit card?

REBATE QUESTIONS
Please note: Many of the products we sell offer mail-in rebates
from the manufacturer. Please note that if the rebate form is not
provided to the manufacturer in accordance with their rules, the
manufacturer may refuse to honor the rebate, so be sure to follow
the manufacturer’s instructions.
Collection/payment of rebates is solely between the customer and
manufacturer. Buy Rite Electronics assumes no liability or guaranty
of payment of third party rebates. Use of any rebates here is limited
to the terms and conditions as determined by the manufacturer. If
you have questions on these terms and conditions, please contact
the manufacturer for assistance.
Q: How long should it take for my rebate to show up?
A: The length of time varies based on the type or number
of promotions being offered, as well as the manufacturer who is
offering the rebate. All rebate forms provide an estimated time
from the post mark date to process and mail your rebate check.
Q: What does it mean if I'm asked to send the original "UPC"?
A: This means you will need to send the product barcode,
usually found on the packaging.
